The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two-time unified title holder Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
Nevertheless, the novice continues to be one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, regularly earning huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be my match with Fury next year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers participated in the usual confrontation, with their physical disparity on show, it highlighted just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually happening.
